HOPE AND GRACE...

Their Story, Our Beginnings

“There is no footprint too small that it cannot leave it's mark on the world”

Our Beginnings

Our life began with every dream being fulfilled, a romance that lead to the day we promised to love each other forever and unconditionally.

JUNE 23, 2009

God prepared us by Grace to endure all that would be given and taken from us, but the suffering of infant loss was great. Hope came in the days and years to come through prayer and perseverance.

PREPARING

FOR HEAVEN

He was my hero.

Hard as it was he had prepared to immediately baptize our little girls before they left us and then he placed Hope and Grace in my arms so that I could plant a million kisses on their cheeks and hands.

OUR FAMILY

HAS GROWN

Hope and Grace were forever memorialized in our hearts and souls as our family continued to grow.

Our life is full having been blessed with these fearsome foursome.

Meet Harper

This year The Minster Mile event is donating a portion of its proceeds to Heros4Harper !

Harper Kay Huelskamp is a beautiful and spirited 5 year old (she recently had a big birthday!) who was diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome, a very serious and very rare seizure disorder. It is also known as Severe Myoclonic Epilepsy of Infancy. Currently she is being followed by neurology, pulmonology, cardiology, behavioral pediatrics, nutritionist, dental, and occupational, physical, and speech therapists. This will be an ongoing fight that she deals with her entire life.

Although Harper cannot lead a very normal life because of her condition, this has not deprived her from finding Joy in every part of her day! She wears a smile on her face through it all, and is true example of JOY and HAPPINESS through even the most difficult of challenges.
